Hey guys! I’m the newest addition to an already awesome staff here at Bear’s Garden and so far my experience has been very positive and rewarding. I love kids because they are smart, cute, and funny. My goal is to embrace those things in order for them to reach their full potential. It puts a smile on my face every time I see a child progress, not only with English, but also with everyday life. I understand my role here at Bear’s Garden is not just as a teacher, but also as a ‘father’ and ‘big brother’ figure as well. It’s important to always be a positive influence and help shape these kids futures. I look forward to my time here at Bear’s Garden. Come join the fun!

短大の保育科を卒業し、結婚後カナダに2年、オランダに3年、海外で子育てを経験してきました。
現代社会ではグローバル化が進み、
今まで以上に英語教育が欠く事のできないものになってきました。
そこで、成長発達の著しい2歳から5歳にかけて、英語遊びの中で、
楽しみながら自然に学ぶ事が大変重要だと考えています。
そのために、一日中英語で子ども達と関わりながら、 様々な体験を通して英語力の発達と、
生きる力を身につけるよう、援助していきたいと思っております。
また、小さな子どもの気持ちを大切にし、保護者の方々とのコミュニケーションにも
配慮する事のできる日本人保育士として頑張っていきます。

Hello!
My name is Bather Nisa Razik.I am from India..I am living in Japan for the past 6 years and I am teaching english for over 4 years.I enjoy being with kids.I am excited to be here at Bears.
I hope the kids enjoy learning with me as much as I enjoy teaching them.Its gives me immense satisfaction when they are able to repeat something that I have thought them or sing a song by themselves while we are going to the park or while they are playing.

My name is Faviola Andrade and I'm the new teacher at Bears Garden. I have been teaching young children for more than 9 years. As a teacher I know each child is unique and it is my belief that if you teach children in a loving, natural, supportive and fun environment they will be motivated and eager to learn, and learning will be an enjoyable experience for them.
I love children and I like to sing songs with them, teach them new words, make crafts, and while playing discover a new world for them in a family-like environment. At Bears Garden every day is a new adventure and I invite you to join us on our journey.
